- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 t Salt

- ½ lb Kidney Beans Dry
- 6 oz Tomato Paste
- 1 Tomato Chopped
- 1 Pint Chicken Bone Broth Low-sodium
- 2 Pints Water

Prep
- Bowl 1: Spice Mix
- Bowl 2: Onion, Garlic, Bell Pepper
- Bowl 3: Salt, Pepper
- Bowl 4: Tomato, Tomato Paste
Assembly
- Heat oil in the stock pot you will use to cook the chili.Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper.Cook a few minutes
- Add ground beef, salt, and pepper.Cook till brown
- Add spice mix, tomato paste, and tomato.Bring to a boil, then simmer 2 hours or until beans are doneStir occasionally
