- Cut pork shoulder into chunks 
- Add oil to Instant Pot and pre-heat on Sauté mode 
- Sear chunks of pork shoulder (sear small batch, move to bowl, sear next batch...) 
- Turn off Sauté mode and add all other ingredients to Instant Pot and stir 
- Return Pork 
- Cook on high pressure for 30 minutes with natural release 
- Drain through a colander to separate broth 
- Move pork to a sheet pan and shred with forks 
- Move sheet pan to oven, add broth to about 1/2 depth of pork, and then broil until you get a few crispy edges (~5 minutes)
